We’re a small operation; it’s just us here on The Roost. A working smallholding as well as three holiday cabins. We may not answer immediately; that’s usually because we’re out with the animals or welcoming new guests. You are important, so we’ll always come back to you, usually fairly quickly.

If you want to check whether a particular week is available, the fastest way is through our check availability page, which links straight through to live dates. It’s always quicker than waiting on a reply from us, so it’s worth a look before you get in touch.

A few things worth knowing before you write to us. All three cabins, Isla, Ericht and Clunie, are for couples only; we can’t take group bookings or extra guests staying alongside you. Much as we’d like to, we can’t take children or pets either.

This form is best kept for the kind of thing the availability page can’t answer for you: questions about the animals, the smallholding itself, special occasions, or what’s nearby if you’re planning your trip. 

How to find us? We’re just south of Blairgowrie in Perthshire, and easy enough to find once you’re on the right road. Full directions can be sent once you’ve booked your stay, along with anything else you need to know before you arrive.
